KEVIN Brennan MP returned to meet the local pupils from Radyr Comprehensive School he met in Westminster for the Global Student Forum. The Global Student Forum exists to enable school students, of all faiths and none, to think carefully about the spiritual, moral, social and cultural issues underlying global citizenship, and to help others to do the same.
"The pupils at Radyr Comprehensive School were fantastic and showed real enthusiasm for some important global issues," said Kevin.
"I met the pupils in Westminster when they came to the Global Student Forum and so it was great to catch up with them again to find out what they had learned from their experience.
"At the forum they were taught how serious problems in developing countries like malaria could be combated.
"It was clearly a worthwhile experience as the pupils returned to their school motivated to make a real difference and have held numerous fundraising events."
Mr Brennan and the pupils talked about the World Global Forum in a video that can be seen here.
