Mr Brennan visited Fair Do's in Canton to give his support to one of the best Fair Trade shops in Wales and meet with owner Jan Tucker to talk about the importance of Fair Trade and local businesses.
"It was great to visit Jan and the staff at Fair Do's, it's a great little shop which provides a huge variety of Fair Trade items," said Kevin.
"The majority of products they sell are from developing countries which is great to see because not only is this business helping the local economy they're also helping countries most in need.
"Small business are not only vital to the economy but they're also very important to the local community by fulfilling local needs which bigger companies can't and helping improve community spirit.
"It's therefore great support small local business not just on Small Business Saturday but throughout the year."
